Christine Adams is the Alternative Education teacher at Saco Learning Center. She attained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine at Farmington, and has spent many years working in education in various roles..

Kirk Allen, CPA, has been in practice for 25 years and currently works for Filler & Associates, PA, in Portland. He has been teaching QuickBooks for more than five years.

Gordon Andersen, a retired American Baptist pastor, learned to cane years ago from one of his parishioners and has been enjoying this craft ever-since. He started his own caning business in 20.01

Brian Armstrong, Lead Carpenter at TPD Construction, former Installer at Marvin Design Gallery by Eldredge Lumber and former business owner at BBA Building Solutions, Inc. is both OSHA and Lead RRP Certified and has a passion for construction and design.

Meret Bainbridge, LAc, MAcOM, owner of Acupuncture by Meret in Portland and Saco, has been practicing acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Greater Portland since 1997, and in Saco since 2016. Meret is a licensed acupuncturist and a registered practitioner of Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure with over 20 years experience.

Laura Balladur has studied dance since her first pliés at age 3 and teaching Tango since 2008. She brings her knowledge of body mechanics, dance, music, and pedagogy to the classroom. Both a recognized leader and follower, she creates a fun atmosphere for you to develop into a confident dancer. She also organizes a monthly milonga in the Portland Tango community, where she is also a valued tango DJ.

Gene A Barber, a wholesale rep for Devenish wines, started his first wine tasting club in 1974 and has been an avid student ever since. He deals primarily in low-yield, low-production wines that are sustainable, organic and natural.

Ron Bibeau, former successful amateur golfer and a Head Golf Pro since 2002, began working at Dunegrass in 2016. He is currently VP of The New England chapter of the PGA and soon to be elected President. Ron has been a member of The Maine Golf Hall of Fame in 2014 and has been honored by his peers with various awards over the years.

Liz Bieber is a photographer specializing in portrait and event photography. In 2008, she graduated from the Master’s Program in Film & Media at Hunter College. Liz teaches photography courses and workshops locally, including MECA and SMCC.

Steve Boillot received a BA from the University of Missouri and has taught ESOL for eight years after retiring from a career in college textbook publishing.

Heather Boisot is National Healthcare Association Instructor certified with 16+ years of experience. She is currently nurse manager at Freeport Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, where she is in charge of a staff of 50+ people.

Beth Boucher, Founder of Boucher Family Chiropractic, earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic and has a practice built around family wellness care focusing on education for her practice members and lifestyle choices.

Lisa Bouchard is a licensed massage therapist, Shiatsu practitioner and acupuncturist. She has owned and operated MassageCraft in Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach for the last 25 years.

Tom Bull of Dirigo Brewing which came to life in 2014 when Molly & Tom Bull and Meesha & Mark Paulin joined forces to bring Tom’s lifetime dream of building a brewery focused on his delicious interpretations of traditional German and Eastern European lagers and seasonals. Dirigo has been serving new old school beers to one and all since August 2016!


Karen Casey has been gardening for over 40 years. She has worked in numerous professional gardening positions and currently owns her own business called The Occasional Gardener, When You Just Don’t Have the Time.

Robert Chipman, local artist and performer, works with spray paint, found objects, acrylics, charcoal, pen, pencil and watercolors. His paintings have been published in several novels and magazines. He has also worked as a professional birthday clown, juggler and stage magician for more than 30 years. See our Gallery.

Brian Ciccariello, a network engineer for a local telephone company, has worked in the computer industry for 13+ years. He holds a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology from Wentworth in Boston and enjoys finding ways to break and fix computers.

  Penny Kusum Clum, MS, E-RYT 500, Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator, began practicing yoga over 20 years ago. She is the founder of Kusum Institute Yoga, offering yoga classes and immersion programs to bring the calming principles of yoga into daily life.


Ken Cole is a lifelong card and game player. He has hosted many tournaments and card parties for the past 20 years.

  Janet Conner holds a BS in Art Education from Moore College of Art and Design in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Saco Valley Fiber Artists. Her hooked rugs have been exhibited  regionally, and can be seen at Maine Fiber Arts Center in Topsham. See our Gallery.


Jennifer Courtois, RN, has 40 years of nursing experience, from hospital, home health, diabetes & community education and 10+ years teaching of CNA, PSS & CRMA in both the classroom & clinical areas.

Kim Crepeau, a basket weaver since 1984, has been enthusiastically teaching her craft for the past 15 years. From beginner to intermediate, the baskets Kim chooses for her classes can be made by all.

Robert Cyr is a Safety and Wellness Instructor, Certified Health Coach, organic gardener, and personal chef. He has been an Official Trainer & Pacesetter for the Hannaford-sponsored training runs since 2003 for the Beach to Beacon road race.


Chris Daley has 30+ years repairing everything from small engines to jet engines while in the military.

Iona Desmond is an artist and teacher with over 38 years of experience. Her pastels and sculptures are in many private collections in the US and Canada and she has won several awards for her artwork.

David Durkee has worked in adult education for fourteen plus years as both an educator and administrator. He has served as a director of TRIO programs through Southern Vermont College, and is the current director of OOB/Saco Adult Education. With degrees in English and Secondary Education from the State University of New York, David is a lifelong learner and a strong advocate for the importance of education. David is commited to offering a range of enrichment and basic education courses to community members, and enjoys helping empower students through new educational and career pathways.



Meredith (Miki) Earle, owner of Royal Chalk, specializes in training the Do It Yourself student in the art of chalk painting. She also creates and provides chalk painting products.

Joshua Edgerly graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2012 with a BA in Graphic Design. He has been teaching InDesign at SNHU since 2013. He also has his own multimedia business and offers freelance graphic design work.

Dr. Jonathan Emlet, DC, of Scarborough Family Chiropractic, has BAs in Biology & Life Sciences, a Masters in Nutrition & Human Performance, and lectures to share valuable tools on how to live healthier by focusing on what is natural for the body.

Wally Estrella is a biking enthusiast who has been riding for 40+ years. He is a League of American Bikers Cycling Instructor and bicycle/pedestrian safety educator.

Caryl Everett and Dorinne Spirito are avid Mah Jongg players who are passionate about sharing their love for the game with others.


Louis Falank Jr., owner/operator of Mountain Bear Programs/Guide Service & instructor at Maine Primitive Skills School, has worked/volunteered with programs at camps and schools across Maine, New York & Pennsylvania.


Suzanne Farley has taught music for more than 31 years. She teaches privately, performs locally, and is eager to share her love of music with others.



Ashley Flowers is a Yoga Instructor, SUP instructor, Environmental Educator, Entrepreneur and life-long lover of the water! She has been helping people connect with nature and with themselves for over 10 years and looks forward to sharing her love of yoga and paddleboaring with you!

Jodi Flynn, founder of Luma Coaching, specializes in supporting business leaders overcome stress and self doubt and creating the business and lifestyle of their dreams. Her podcast, Women Taking the Lead, inspires women to overcome self doubt and lead with confidence and integrity.


Jon Gale is a retired educator, practitioner in Buddhist meditation techniques, and presently studying as an interfaith chaplain.

Noelle Gallant has been a teacher at Saco Middle School for five years with experience in fundraising, volunteer coordination, and event design. She loves finding ways to use technology to simplify her life, at school and at home.

Mark Gerardi has been studying and teaching martial arts for 25 years. He is the founder of Samurai Fitness and a professional member of the National Qigong Association. He is also an Energy Healer who recognizes the health benefits of these active moving meditations.


Jen Hayes has over 20 years experience in the horse industry; working for profit & not-for-profit horse business settings in roles of management, leadership and program development. She is a strong advocate for the horse and values curriculums geared to meet the needs of all creatures from the ground to the saddle. She is a PATH-certified instructor and Horse Program Director for Oceanwood.

Linda Hargesheimer, a former schoolteacher, has a BS Ed from Bowling Green State. She has been doing numerology for 20+ years, is a Licensed Louise Hay Teacher and has been a student of spirituality for 30 years.

Mike P. Harris, a professional speaker/entertainer and a trainer of Public Speaking at UNUM, has mentored many who felt terrified in front of groups into confident, effective speakers & group leaders.


  Bo Hewey has taught from kindergarten through high school and Adult Education. With a Masters in Literacy Education from USM and a MA in Progressive Education from Goddard, he is a lifelong learner who enjoys teaching and learning with his students.


Kristin Hobbs, certified in Yin Yoga, has been practicing yoga since 2013 and finds that, after years of high impact, high-intensity workouts, yoga was a refreshing change of pace and the benefits were amazing! She loves the way her body and mind feel after completing a Yin Yoga practice and wants to share that experience with others.

Briana Holt started working as a baker at 13, continued through college and began her professional career running an elite pastry kitchen in Montauk, Long Island moving on to sling pies and donuts at Brooklyn’s Pies and Thighs, and then found her way to Maine, where she paired up with owners of local hot-spot Tandem Coffee Roasters. Briana now showers the city of Portland with her skillfully crafted (scones and pies.

Barbara Hopkins, Masters in Communications Management & certification in Corporate Training., is a licensed Maine agent, has 20 years experience in health insurance operations including 10 years conducting member education meetings throughout Maine.

Detective Huntress brings detectives from the Saco Police Department to present this class. The detectives have more than thirty years of collective experience in investigating a wide variety of crime scenes.  




Jennifer Jackson graduated from USM in 2006 with a BFA in Fine Art with a concentration in Painting and took many courses in Drawing, Printmaking, Photography, and Art Education. She continues to try new techniques and crafts to keep herself immersed in the art world.


Hanna Jalbert, Medical Aesthetician and Professional Makeup Artist, studied 1200 hours of Medical Aesthetics at the well-known Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. She graduated in 2002 and began her career practicing throughout New England, PA, and NYC before returning to ME in 2012. She currently owns and operates Beauty Couture, a Skin Care and Cosmetic Studio on Main St in Saco.

Mona Jerome, owner/operator of Ever After Mustang Rescue in Biddeford, has worked with horses for 30+ years, specializing in Mustangs. She trained with numerous national horse trainers & volunteered at Bureau of Land Management adoption events.

Alexandra Johnson, BA in Media & Communication from USM, has been writing avidly for years, focusing on the techno-thriller genre and working as a contract marketer and freelance writer. She is excited to show students how amazing it feels to immerse yourself in your own world of words.

Dana Johnson is a certified health coach and owner of A Healthy Life and Biddeford Saco Bootcamp. She enjoys helping people feel better and achieve their goals.

Glen Johnson, a dowser for over 50 years, specializes in finding water, moving water veins, map dowsing and locating lost objects.


Amanda Kimball has been studying the use of essential oils for several years and creates homemade products ranging from therapeutic body care to toxic-free household cleaners. Her personal journey to find natural products for her health concerns has turned into a passion for sharing natural solutions with others.

Lena Knight is a 500RYT registered yoga teacher and a certified Rasamaya Barre instructor. She has been a dedicated asana practitioner for 20 years and owns her own yoga studio in OOB.

Dr Devra Krassner has been in private practice for 25 years. She practices at IHCM with a specialty in women’s health care, using many modalities, including herbal medicine, nutrition and homeopathy.


Frank Lee is a Systems Administrator for Thornton Academy. He has taught classes in multimedia and technology since 1996. He also consults on network security and design, web applications, and social networking.


Ingrid LeVasseur, BA, CCT, founded Inner Image Clinical Thermography, LLC in 2006. She received her thermography training at Duke University, Raleigh-Durham, NC under the auspices of the American College of Clinical Thermology.

Susan Lieberman has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia. She never takes more than one bag and always finds the bargain-priced trip!

Dalton Link is a body care and vitamin specialist at Whole Foods Market in Portland, ME and finds joy in making clean products that his friends and family can use. His years at Whole Foods Market have fulfilled his passion for organic and healthy food and he is excited to share the many merits of natural skin care with you.

Mike Luchetti, a former schoolteacher and avid fisherman, has been teaching boat and motor repair for the past 25 years. He repairs, builds and works on boats and motors daily and enjoys showing others what he has learned.

Lisa Luken is a Professional Organizer and Simple Living Mentor, helping others find joy and freedom through simplifying.

Heather Lundin has traveled across the US & overseas to study with internationally recognized belly dance stars and has learned many lessons through the dance: an appreciation of her body, how to feel beautiful and have fun while expressing herself! She currently teaches Belly Dance, Yoga and Kids Yoga and also performs with the Barefoot Truth Dancers Troupe throughout New England.




Jean Mack, a Community Health Educator, has thrived on a vegetarian diet for many years. She currently works for Dining Services at Bowdoin College in Brunswick.

Mary Marra has been creating mandalas and meditating with art for many years. She believes that a spirit of play and an attitude of wonder are at the heart of creativity, that all of us can access our inner artist, and that awe and beauty heal the world.

Geoff MacLean is Vice President of Cumberland County Beekeepers Association, a USM Cooperative Extension Beekeeping instructor, and a beekeeper at Red Brook Honey in Scarborough.

Laura Manuel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst practicing at Integrative Health Center of Maine.

Betts G. Mayer, a retired psychotherapist, founded The Gabrielsen Group in Pennington NJ, specializing in marriage & addiction counseling. She is currently a Senior Love Mentor™ for Dr. Diana Kirschner, author of Love in 90 Days & Sealing The Deal.

Kathleen McCallum, CYT 200, RPP, Advanced Amrit Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Reiki II (Usui Lineage), has developed a deep attunement to Spirit/Energy/Prana through the practice of Yoga. She attended the Amrit Yoga Institute for Yoga Nidra Professional Training and teaches at Kusum Institute. She offers services in Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga.

Kate McCarty, Food Preservation Community Educator at UMaine Cooperative Extension, served with the AmeriCorps VISTA program and has completed the Master Food Preserver Program, an intensive, hands-on training in all aspects of home food preparation.

Sean McCloy, MD, MPH, MA, is Medical Director/founder of Integrative Health Center of Maine and specializes in Lyme-literate treatment. He received his MD from NYMC, is dual board-certified Diplomate in both Family Medicine & Holistic Medicine.

Adam McGee, ABOC, received his BA from Greenville College. He is an Optician with CPO and NCLEC certifications and currently works at Associated Eye Care.

Kelcy McNamara is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) who is also certified through the Boston Trauma Center to facilitate yoga for trauma treatment. Kelcy teaches group and private sessions of TCTSY (trauma center trauma sensitive yoga) and offers workshops for yoga teachers and clinicians.

Rob Moody has extensive knowledge from nursery development and landscape design to irrigation installation and engineering. Rob has worked at Moody's Nursery for over 35 years and was President of the Maine Landscape and Nursery Association. Visit

  Mary Moskowtiz, MS, CHHC is a Health and Nutrition Counselor at Mainely Health and Nutrition in Saco. She has   a MS degree from USM and is a board certified Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC.



Richard "Murph" Murphy, is a film, TV, animation and rock & roll writer. He has sold and developed scripts for most of the major Hollywood studios including Fox, Universal, Disney, HBO and the Cartoon Network. He’s even written for The Beatles! Yes, those Beatles! A member of The Writer’s Guild Of America, Murph is a Hollywood survivor.  He’s been at this screenplay madness for over 30 years and, somehow, is still alive to tell the tale.


Bob Nadeau has been playing the game of cribbage daily for 70 years! Throughout his lifetime he has taught many people how to play and although he has not yet taught more than one person at a time, he is excited for the opportunity to teach a group of students.


Beth Nason played tennis in high school, where she went to State competitions. She played competitively in college and attended Cornell University tennis camp for two summers and was the assistant tennis coach for the OOB Girls Tennis team.

Heather Nichols is the owner and trusted tarot and astrology reader, and soul retriever of Stones & Stuff, a rock shop in Portland, ME.

Dennis Nightingale, BA in Computer Information Systems from Baker College, is a Computer Systems Specialist for the Oncology Dept at Maine Med. He previously worked as a computer programmer in the Telecommunications industry & as a consultant at IBM.


Liis Nigol is the Student Services Coordinator for the OOB/Saco Adult Education program. She has worked as a counselor with high school, and college students for over 30 years.




Duncan Perry, a ukulele player for 10 years, is an experienced teacher and performer who entertains at festivals, nursing homes, libraries, schools, and community gatherings. He is also a member of the popular Falmouth Library Ukulele Society (FLUKES).

Joe Perullo, percussionist, studied music at College of the Atlantic, Concordia University and USM. His teachers include master drummers Shannon Powell, Khary Abdul-Shaheed, Brandon Marger, Les Harris Jr., Michael Bennett, Gary Gemmiti, and many others. Joe is the drummer for the latin-jazz band Viva and the Reinforcements, a private teacher, and freelance musician.

Lazaro Hernandez Pomeras grew up in Cuba, where he began dancing at a very young age. Lazaro attended a Cuban school of dance, finishing with a degree in Physical Education. He was invited to teach in Russia, later moving to Portland, ME, where he is known as one of the most energetic and skilled dance instructors available.

Emma Pope-Welch, with a Masters in Journalism & Communications from UMaine, Orono, has worked with nonprofits, small businesses and one-person shops. She is passionate about finding the right strategic fit to help market products and grow businesses.

Dr. Aline Potvin is a naturopathic doctor, teacher, medical muse, and healthcare advocate. Her love of working with patients in her family health practice in Arundel, ME is only surpassed by her deep desire to educate and support families to become independently healthy, and bring that forward into building community.

Chef April Powell, a Certified Wellness Chef, Internationally Certified Sports Nutritionist and Holistic Health Coach, has crafted her own style of cuisine using local and global flavors, seasonal ingredients and nutrient-dense foods. She runs a consulting and mobile teaching service in Maine.



Emily Rama is the Specialty Team Leader for Whole Foods Market in Portland, Maine, an experienced sommelier and an avid cheese connoisseur.

Moira Rascati has been a sous-chef at Joseph’s by the Sea for the past 12 years. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York.

  Chris Reed is a '99 graduate of Bowdoin College with a BA in visual arts. In addition to abstract painting with acrylics, he works in oil and encaustic. Chris has taught at Sam’s Place in Saco, the New School and River Tree Arts, both in Kennebunk. His paintings have been exhibited in Portland and Saco. See our Gallery.


Elizabeth Richards is co-author of four editions of Maine: An Explorer’s Guide. Her work has appeared in Parent and Family Newspaper, Yankee Magazine's Travel Guide to New England, Family Fun Magazine and Kitchen and Bath Design News.

Susan Richardson is a poet, writer, drummer, creative writing teacher, and alumna of Goddard College where she earned a Master of Arts in psychology and counseling. She has published pieces in The Saturday Evening Post, Maine Women Magazine, skirt! Magazine, Foliate Oak, Third Wednesday, Calyx, Maine Bar Journal, Rediscover New Hampshire, In Newsweekly, Cape Ann Weekly, The Weekly Sentinel, The Portsmouth Herald, York County Coast Star, and The York Weekly.

Sara Reynolds and Emily Stevens are licensed REALTORS® working at The Maine Real Estate Network in Southern Maine.

Marianne Russo is a certified tea specialist trained at Specialty Tea Institute. She attends The World Tea Expo, Tea Tutorials with Pearl Dexter of TEA, A Magazine, and with John Harney, of Harney & Sons Fine Teas.


Hugh Sadlier, practicing hypnotherapy for 21 years, has worked with over 1800 people on more than 200 separate issues, including weight management & eating disorders. He practices at the Integrative Health Center of Maine in Portland.

Liam Sawyer is a 2014 graduate of Chatham University with a BA in Visual Arts and Photography. His work focuses on printmaking and photography. Liam loves teaching people of all ages and abilities about the media.

Meghan Schoening earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. She works at Boucher Family Chiropractic focusing on whole family wellness care and nutrition and is also the owner of Balanced Wellness offering nutrition classes and detox.

Marilyn Sell earned her BA in French from the University of Wisconsin, studied French at American University in DC, and lived in Tournai, Belgium. She attended the Académie des Ursulines and currently teaches French at Loranger Middle School.

Scott Shea, Master Maine Sea Kayaking Guide and owner of Seaspray Kayaking, a Paddling Outfitter that operates from three locations in Mid Coast Maine. He has been President of the Maine Association of Sea Kayak Guides and Instructors, a high school Health & Physical Education Teacher, and Red Cross First-Aid & CPR Instructor.

Meghan Schoening earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College. She works at Boucher Family Chiropractic focusing on whole family wellness care and nutrition. In addition, Meghan is the owner of Balanced Wellness offering nutrition classes and detox.

Kathy Slack has a BA in Theater/Speech with a Minor in Voice from Ithaca College. She went on to NYC where she trained with Manhattan School of Music faculty member, Jutta Rose, and performed Off-Off and Off Broadway as well as landing soap opera work as a nurse, on the old TV show, The Doctors. Her recent training has been with jazz greats Rhiannon and Bobby McFerrin, in addition to Jeanette LoVetri of NYC's, Voice Workshop. Kathy completed her full certification (Level III) in the LoVetri Method, a vocal technique/system for all styles of singing stressing vocal health, expression, and adaptability to myriad repertoire. She sings out as a soloist and is a member of the National Association for Teachers of Singing.

Abby Snell is a graduate of the culinary program at SMCC and a baker in Portland for 10 years with time at Standard Baking Co and Rosemont Market.

Geri Lynn Smith is an award-winning photographer who shoots  primarily in the New England area. She is a member of the Portland Camera Club where she enjoys teaching and leading a mentor/mentee group. See our Gallery.

Edward Spicer is a licensed PI in Maine, MA., NH, and RI with 31 years of investigative experience in both law enforcement and the private sector.

Dorinne Spirito and Caryl Everett are avid Mah Jongg players who are passionate about sharing their love for the game with others.

Carol Steingart is a marine educator, owner of Coast Encounters, LLC, and specializes in unique programs centered around Maine’s rocky intertidal region.

Lee Sullivan has experienced the home-buying process multiple times and successfully redeveloped several bank-owned residential properties. She is a HUD and hoMEworks-certified housing counselor and homebuyer educator.


Shannon Tallman is a Specialty Foods Buyer for Whole Foods Market and is one of only 3 Certified Cheese Professionals living in Maine. She grew up in a home where her only experiences to cheese were Mozzarella and Land O' Lakes white American. Shannon did not start learning about cheese until I was almost 30.

Travis Taylor has been playing guitar for over 12 years, and with a local band for four. He has been teaching guitar at Saco Middle School for over eight years.

Kelly Thayer, BA in Studio Art from U Maine, is the owner/artist at Kreations working with all types of materials. She is also a certified group exercise instructor, has been a dancer for 10 years and teaching for four. See our Gallery.

Laurie Thompson is a nurse health coach and professional reflexologist. She is a member of the Maine Council of Reflexologists and The Reflexology Association of America.

Eva Tomecka has been teaching Spanish to beginners for fifteen years.  She enjoys world travel and brings real life travel experience and cultural awareness back to her classroom.

Maureen Topa graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Since graduating, she has worked as a designer for a print shop, a newspaper, a nonprofit and for various clients as a freelance artist, which is one of the great things about the field of graphic design.

Paula Truman, certified Spinning instructor, teaches at Saco Sport & Fitness. She has been teaching indoor cycling for many years. Paul works with all fitness levels, from beginners to the seasoned athlete.

Alex Turek, teaching since 2003, is certified to teach Dr. Lam’s T’ai Chi for Arthritis, Diabetes and Energy. She has trained for 16+ years and continues her studies with 10th Degree Black Belt, Master John Fritz.



Tam Veilleux, coach, trainer and transformational speaker, empowers people to managing the mind/body/spirit for maximum results.

Katrina Venhuizen has seven years of experience in various Environmental Educator roles in WA, CT and ME. She is responsible for designing curricula, on-site tour programs, and other education and outreach programming that facilitates engaged waste reduction among residents, schools and businesses in ecomaine’s 58 member communities.


  Diane Warming, MA (Kartar Kaur), a certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan, a transcendental healing technique, has 20+ years teaching. As a firm believer in the body’s wisdom, she applies the technology of Kundalini Yoga to tap into that wisdom for wellness of mind and body. Her uplifting classes include laughter, challenges, and deep, deep relaxation.

  Linda Waters, a certified Zumba and Group Exercise instructor, has been dancing and teaching for over 50 years. She has studied dance all over the USA including Boston, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Antonio. Linda is a lively instructor who enjoys getting people on their feet and dancing!


Russel Whitten, a local artist, studied at The Art Students League of New York, Heartwood College of Art, and is a member of the Art Guild of the Kennebunks and The Ogunquit Art Association. Russel has been teaching painting and drawing to children and adults for the past several years. See our Gallery.


Detetective Fred Williams is the Computer Forensic Analyst for the Saco Police Department and has been with Saco PD since 2003 having extensive knowledge in fraud investigations.

Martin C. Womer, Esq. is the President and Managing Attorney of the Maine Center for Elder Law, LLC in Kennebunk. He assists clients with MaineCare planning and applications, planning for VA Pension eligibility, estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and trust and estate settlement.

Jessica Wood has been vegan since 2002. While she has a variety of passions and hobbies, perhaps one of her greatest is experimenting with vegan cooking. She enjoys entertaining and cooking for her friends and family.  

Linda Woodard, an avid bird watcher, has been the Director of Scarborough Marsh Audubon Center for 18 years. She has taught high school biology, bird watching, marsh ecology and a wide variety of environmental topics. 

Kelsey Woods LMT has been practicing massage for the past 6 1/2 years and is the owner of Zen Massage & Wellness. She strives to support  her clients in finding more relaxation and wellness in their busy lives.



Julie Yarborough, a lifelong artist, practiced graphic arts for 13 years before moving to ME and becoming a farmer and ceramic artist. She has been captivated by the charm of wet felting for 20 years and has taught in the US and internationally. See our Gallery.


Wade Zahares has illustrated seven children’s books, including Window Music, a 1998 NY Times Best Illustrated Book. He specializes in corporate commissions for such clients as McDonalds, Bank of America & HBO. See our Gallery.

Lee Zwicker has 40 years construction experience, lived off the grid for 14 years and has been teaching solar energy classes in several states over the last seven years.
