CURRENT FALL 2017 Opening
P/T Evening Admin / Distribution Person
Our Adult Education office in Old Orchard Beach is searching for a part-time Evening Administrative Assistant and Brochure Delivery person.
The Admin position is two evenings pr wk during the school year from 4:30-9:15 PM at $11.05 per hour. Start times and evening shifts may occasionally vary. Our Fall session start the first week in September. Training would start as soon as hired.
You can set your own hours for delivery. Up to 8 hrs pr week, 50 pr yr., depending on demand. $.56.5 for mileage reimbursement. Distribution for FALL starts mid July.
Job includes delivery and refill to our sites in the OOB/Saco area with brochures and marketing materials as needed and maintaining our drop off list. Some daytime hours are required.
We offer a *FREE enrichment class each semester you work for us!
Excellent communication & organizational skills needed. Computer, customer service experience, and a good vehicle are essential. Must be a self-starter who can work independently. FileMaker a big plus.
