What is Tangling?It is an easy-to-learn, fun, relaxing way to create beautiful images. Create tangles using a combination of dots, lines, simple s-curves and orbs. It is nonrepresentational and unplanned so no need to worry about results. Tangling can help increase focus, creativity, self-confidence and aid in problem-solving, self-image and provide an increased sense of well-being. It has been shown to help with phobias, addictions, pain management, conflict resolution, stress relief and reduce blood pressure. Tuition includes materials. Registration closes 9/20.

Deborah Pouliot was an art teacher at Noble Middle School for 28 years. She taught Tangling in her classroom as well as to 100+ teachers in her district with the goal of aiding students transitions from one activity to another.
