To earn an adult high school diploma, you must complete 22 credits in the following disciplines:
English 4 Credits | US History 1 Credit | US Government 1 Credit | Science 2 Credits | Mathematics 3 Credits | Computer Literacy 0.5 Credit | Health/Life Skills 0.5 Credit | Humanities 1 Credit | Job Readiness/Career Exploration1.5 Credits | Electives 7.5 Credits
Students born on or before October 15, 1968 only require 16 course credits for high school diploma completion. Credits must include these nine core courses: 4 English, 2 Math, 1 Science, 1 US History, and 1 Social Studies.

How long will it take to earn my diploma?
It depends on your available credits and schedule. We do not require students to take classes full time although the fewer classes you take, the longer it will take to earn the course credits required to earn a high school diploma.
Do I have to live in Old Orchard Beach or Saco?
No, you can live in any town in Maine, as long as you have reliable transportation to and from your classes.
